- Write to our customer service to info@royalcases.store, our agent will reply you as soon as possible.
- Always attach pictures or videos of any damage to your phone case in your email.
- You will receive an invoice to your email address to balance the shipping costs ($9.95)
- Sit back and wait for the courier to deliver your shiny new phone case.
- When your new case has been delivered, it’s time to break your old case. Please send us a picture of your completely broken case to maintain your lifetime warranty.

If you took advantage of our special promotions (BOGO or BUY 2 GET 2 FREE) when placing your order, remember that the lifetime guarantee will only apply to one item of your choice (in the case of BOGO) or only to two items of your choice (in the case of BUY 2 GET 2 FREE).
The guarantee is not valid if you decide to change the model of your phone or the color of the case. In this case you can request a return/exchange.
If we do not receive a picture of your old broken phone case (cut into two pieces) within 48 hours of delivery of the replacement, you will lose the lifetime warranty for your product and will not be able to enjoy the benefit of receiving a completely new one if of damages.
